In
my current position as Communications Chair, I have been responsible for
the PIT 40 website content and changes. Many of the advancements seen in
the AFA website have come from things we did here in Pittsburgh. I am very
proud of these accomplishments. Additionally, I have produced the
newsletter and worked with the media. You may have seen the interviews
on the Fred Honzberger PCNC show, letters to the editor, or the news clips
during our C.H.A.O.S.™ campaign.
During C.H.A.O.S.™
I was one of three principals in the "Strike Headquarters" better known
as C.H.A.O.S.™ Command Center.
My responsibilities included
organization of events and development of strategy to get our message to
you, our members, and propagating a relationship with the local, national,
and international media for the proliferation of public support of our
issues.
We were very fortunate to
have had the CCC in Pittsburgh and the valuable Pittsburgh flight attendants
who volunteered time, money, and large quantities of energy into the Strike
Headquarters. As a principal of the strike headquarters, I could
strategize and create ideas and a process for moving our ideals forward
but this could not have been done without YOU!
Those of you whom I had the
opportunity to work directly can attest to my diligence and work ethic
within the CCC.
