How do we charge for our services?

Our fee is 1/8 of 1% of the loan amount (not to exceed $10,000) payable by the mortgagee at closing. This fee will be detailed in the trade confirmation to you. If your loan never closes we receive nothing.

Please note: J.D. Burt Company, Inc. will be protected should you do future business with a recommended mortgagee. Future deals would pay 1/100 of 1% of loan amount per year in servicing income to J.D. Burt Company, Inc.
