    Their experience & expertise with your type of loan.

    Their experience with the local HUD office to process your loan.

    What their processing fee is and when it is payable. 

We will assure you will get the best trade execution in marketing your loan by:
    Overseeing the marketing of your loan. The FHA mortgagee/servicer will obtain quotes from their sources, while J.D. Burt Company, Inc. will simultaneously obtain quotes from its sources. You will receive the best execution available.

    You will receive copies of the trade to verify price & servicing fee retained by servicer.

    or If you know which FHA Mortgagee you want to use, we will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible. In such circumstances our fee would be 20% of the amount we save you in fees & reduced FHA note rate (not to exceed $10,000).

 
Please understand once the loan is in process the loan is the property of the FHA mortgagee, so your best time to negotiate terms with the FHA mortgagee is before processing begins. If you have a loan already in process with another FHA mortgagee there are still ways we can try to cut you a better deal, but your bargaining position is weakened.
