| Armed with a Bachelor of
Science degree from Boston College, Biff Lagan began his twenty-year career
in law enforcement as a Sheriff's Deputy in Collier County. He advanced
rapidly from Traffic Patrol to Detective. Today, Biff is a Lieutenant
and District Supervisor of Fraud Investigations for the State of Florida.
He's also the Mid- Florida Region Commander of Emergency Response Operations.
Biff is a graduate of both Massachusetts State and Southwest Florida Police Academies, and he's a veteran of national conferences and symposiums for law enforcement officials. Biff's attitude is "the buck
stops here", and his fiscal ideal is "back to basics". His background
and capabilities are befitting the office. Let's elect Biff Lagan
Collier County Sheriff!
